📦 Product Listing

Once registered, you can list your products on STOREONE.CO.ZA.

To maintain marketplace quality and customer trust, every product must meet the following requirements:

Product Image Requirements

  • Image size must be 1024 × 1024 pixels
  • Image must be clear, clean, and high quality
  • Recommended: Designed using Canva or similar tools

Product Title Requirements

  • Title must be relevant to the product
  • Must be clear and easy to understand
  • Avoid misleading or unrelated titles

SKU Requirements

  • Every product must have a unique SKU
  • SKU must contain a minimum of 7 digits
  • Example: 1000001, 9876543
  • Duplicate SKUs may result in rejection

Short Description Requirements

  • Short Description is mandatory
  • Must explain the product clearly
  • Recommended length: 30–150 words

Product Description Requirements

  • Long description must clearly explain the product
  • Include features, usage, size, material, and specifications
  • Information must match the actual product

Content Validation Rules

  • Long description cannot be the same as short description
  • Copy-pasting short description into long description is not allowed
  • Incomplete descriptions may be rejected
  • Products with missing information may not be approved

Product Approval Policy

STOREONE GROUP reserves the right to reject or remove products if:

  • Images are unclear or low quality
  • Product details are inaccurate
  • Required fields are missing
  • SKU is invalid
  • Descriptions are misleading or incomplete

🛡️ Vendor Verification & Approval

All vendors must complete identity verification before approval.

Required Verification Documents

  • South African ID Card / Smart ID
  • Passport
  • Driver’s License
  • Business Registration Documents (if applicable)

Verification Rules

  • Document must be valid and not expired
  • Name must match registration details
  • Document image must be clear and readable
  • Fake or edited documents will be rejected
  • One ID per vendor account only

Approval Process

  • Vendor accounts remain under Pending Approval
  • Approval may take 24–72 hours

💰 Commission & Charges

  • 15% commission only on sold products
  • No commission on unsold products

Example:
Product sells for R1,000
Commission = R150
You receive = R850

⏳ Vendor Fee After 6 Months

  • Registration is free initially
  • After 6 months: R500 one-time fee
  • No monthly charges
