By using our website or purchasing products from us, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable South African law.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to do so.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not proceed with a transaction through the website.

- Furniture
- Home décor products
- Wooden products
- Office furniture
- Custom furniture
- Interior-related products and solutions
- Other products displayed or offered through STOREONE.CO.ZA
Product images, colours, dimensions and finishes are intended to provide a reasonable representation. Actual colours or finishes may vary because of photography, lighting, screens, materials and natural characteristics.
Products are subject to availability. Product information may be updated from time to time.
4. Product Availability
Displaying a product on the website does not necessarily guarantee that the product will remain available at the time an order is processed.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, STOREONE GROUP may contact the customer regarding an alternative, revised fulfilment arrangement, or cancellation and refund where applicable.
Nothing in this section limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable South African consumer protection law.
5. Pricing
Prices displayed on STOREONE.CO.ZA may change from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may be affected by:
- Material costs
- Manufacturing requirements
- Customisation
- Product specifications
- Delivery requirements
- Market conditions
- Promotional pricing
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, STOREONE GROUP may take reasonable steps to correct the error and will communicate with affected customers where necessary.
6. Orders & Quotations
Orders and quotations may be requested through the website, email, WhatsApp or other approved STOREONE GROUP communication channels.
A quotation is subject to the terms stated in that quotation and may have an expiry period or other conditions.
An order may require payment, payment verification and/or written confirmation before production or fulfilment begins.
STOREONE GROUP may decline an order where there is a genuine reason, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, inability to fulfil the order, or an obvious technical or pricing error, subject to applicable consumer law.
7. Custom-Made & Personalised Products
Custom-made or personalised products may be manufactured according to specifications supplied or approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
- Measurements
- Drawings
- Design instructions
- Colour selections
- Materials or finish selections
- Other agreed product specifications
Once production has commenced, cancellation of a custom order may not be possible where cancellation is not otherwise permitted by law or the agreed transaction terms.
Customisation does not remove any statutory rights relating to defective, unsafe, unsuitable or non-conforming goods.
Natural variations in wood grain, colour, texture, material appearance and handcrafted characteristics may occur. Such variations are not automatically defects where the product otherwise conforms to the agreed specifications and applicable legal requirements.
8. Payment Terms
Payment must be made using a payment method approved or provided by STOREONE GROUP.
Depending on the product or transaction, STOREONE GROUP may require:
- Full payment before fulfilment
- A deposit before production
- A balance before delivery
- Another payment arrangement agreed in writing
Official Payment Channels
STOREONE GROUP may accept payment through its official FNB EFT banking channel and through Paystack where available.
FNB is the receiving bank used by STOREONE GROUP. Customers may use their own banking institution to send an EFT to the official STOREONE GROUP FNB account.
Customers should verify payment details before making payment. STOREONE GROUP does not authorise payment to personal accounts, unauthorised third parties or unofficial banking details.
Orders requiring payment are generally processed after payment has been successfully received and verified. For EFT payments, processing may begin after the payment reflects and has been verified.
9. Ownership & Payment
Where permitted by applicable law, ownership of goods may remain with STOREONE GROUP until the applicable purchase price has been paid in full.
This provision does not affect consumer rights relating to defective, unsafe, unsuitable or non-conforming goods.

11. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and appropriate contact information.
For large furniture deliveries, customers should ensure that there is reasonable access to the delivery location, including suitable entrances, passageways, lifts, stairs and other access requirements.
Additional delivery attempts or special access arrangements may result in additional charges where these are reasonably applicable and have been communicated to the customer.
12. Inspection on Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect products when delivered and to notify STOREONE GROUP as soon as reasonably possible if there is visible damage, missing items or another issue.
Any request to report an issue within a particular period is intended to assist with investigation and administration and does not remove statutory consumer rights that may apply.
13. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our applicable Return Policy and South African consumer protection law.
Different rules may apply depending on whether the product is defective, unsafe, unsuitable, incorrectly supplied, damaged, non-conforming, or whether the customer is requesting a voluntary change-of-mind return.
Custom-made or personalised products may be subject to restrictions on voluntary cancellation or change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer's statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.
14. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
Where applicable, customers retain rights provided by South African consumer protection legislation in relation to goods that are defective, unsafe, unsuitable for their ordinary purpose, or do not correspond with what was agreed.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement or refund.
Customers should contact STOREONE GROUP promptly when an issue is discovered so that the matter can be assessed and resolved appropriately.
15. Warranty
Where a product includes an express manufacturer or STOREONE GROUP warranty, the applicable warranty terms will apply.
A warranty does not ordinarily cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation, accidents, or ordinary wear and tear, subject to applicable law and the specific warranty terms.
Any warranty terms are in addition to, and do not replace, statutory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Furniture Care & Proper Use
Customers are responsible for following reasonable care and usage instructions supplied with products.
Damage may occur through factors including:
- Incorrect assembly
- Excessive weight or improper use
- Exposure to unsuitable moisture or water
- Harsh cleaning chemicals
- Improper relocation or handling
- Unauthorised alterations
- Failure to follow care instructions
This section does not exclude responsibility for defects or statutory rights that apply under South African law.

Customers should review the Privacy Policy for information regarding collection, use, sharing, security, retention and rights relating to personal information.
22. Fraud & Payment Security
Customers should be alert to fraudulent messages, fake invoices, impersonation attempts and requests to make payment to unauthorised accounts.
Security Reminder:
Verify payment details directly with STOREONE GROUP before making payment if you have any doubt about the banking information supplied.
Do not send passwords, PINs, full card numbers, online banking credentials or other sensitive authentication information to STOREONE GROUP through ordinary email or WhatsApp.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STOREONE GROUP will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from matters such as website interruptions, delays, misuse of products, business interruption or loss of profits, except where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
STOREONE GROUP does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection or other legislation.
Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces any statutory right or remedy available to a consumer where such right or remedy cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of rights provided by applicable law.
26. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Customers are encouraged to contact STOREONE GROUP first so that complaints, order issues or disputes can be investigated and resolved where reasonably possible.
Please provide relevant order information, photographs or supporting documentation where appropriate so that the matter can be assessed.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any right or remedy available under applicable South African law.
27. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable to the relevant transaction.
Disputes may be dealt with by a court or other competent forum having jurisdiction in accordance with applicable South African law.
28. Changes to These Terms
STOREONE GROUP may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to its business, products, services, website, procedures or applicable law.
The updated version will be published on STOREONE.CO.ZA with a revised effective date where appropriate. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued under applicable law.
29. Severability
