Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded unless defective or not matching approved specifications.

Minor variations in dimensions, wood grain, tones, or handcrafted details are normal and do not constitute defects.

STOREONE GROUP may require:

Ownership remains with STOREONE GROUP until full payment has cleared.

8. Delivery & Shipping

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Products should be inspected immediately.
