Shipping & Delivery Policy

STOREONE GROUP is committed to providing reliable, transparent and professional delivery services across South Africa.

1. Nationwide Delivery

STOREONE GROUP offers delivery across South Africa.

Delivery availability and timing may depend on product size, stock availability, delivery address, accessibility and the delivery service required.

We deliver a wide range of products, including small household products, electronics, tools, home goods, furniture and other large or bulky items.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are calculated in business days unless otherwise stated.

2. Delivery Timeframes

5–7
Business Days

Small, standard and readily available products.

10–15
Business Days

Large furniture, bulky products and items requiring additional handling or transportation arrangements.

Business Days

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been successfully processed and the required payment has been received or verified.

3. Payment & Order Processing

STOREONE GROUP currently provides the following official payment channels:

FNB EFT

Customers may pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the official STOREONE GROUP bank account held with First National Bank (FNB).

Orders paid by EFT are processed once the payment has reflected in and been verified against the official STOREONE GROUP account.

Paystack

STOREONE GROUP uses Paystack as an online payment-processing platform where Paystack payment options are available during checkout.

Payments made through Paystack are processed through the Paystack payment system.

Payment Security Notice

Customers should only use official payment instructions supplied by STOREONE GROUP.

STOREONE GROUP does not authorise payments to personal accounts, unauthorised third parties or unofficial banking details.

Important: FNB is the receiving bank used by STOREONE GROUP. A customer may use their own banking institution to send an EFT to the official STOREONE GROUP FNB account.

4. Order Processing

After an order is placed, STOREONE GROUP may verify:

  • Product availability;
  • Customer and delivery information;
  • Payment status;
  • Delivery requirements; and
  • Any special handling requirements.

An order will normally proceed to fulfilment once payment has been successfully received or verified.

Where an item is temporarily unavailable, the customer may be contacted regarding the expected availability or an appropriate alternative.

5. Small & Standard Products

Small and standard products that are in stock will generally be delivered within approximately 5–7 business days after successful payment verification and order processing.

Examples may include smaller household goods, accessories, electronics, tools and other products that can be transported through standard parcel delivery services.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location and the courier or transport service used.

6. Large Furniture & Bulky Products

Large furniture and bulky products generally require additional preparation, handling, loading and transportation arrangements.

These products will generally be delivered within approximately 10–15 business days after successful payment verification and order processing.

This timeframe may apply to items such as:

  • Sofas and couches;
  • Beds and bedroom furniture;
  • Dining tables and dining sets;
  • Wardrobes and cabinets;
  • Office furniture;
  • Large household furniture; and
  • Other oversized or bulky products.
Important:

Large-item delivery may require additional coordination. Customers should ensure that the delivery location can safely accommodate the size of the product and delivery vehicle.

7. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on:

  • Product size and weight;
  • Number of products ordered;
  • Delivery location;
  • Distance;
  • Courier or transport requirements;
  • Large-item or furniture handling; and
  • Special delivery requirements.

Where a delivery fee applies, the applicable charge will be communicated or displayed during the order process where reasonably possible.

Some products or promotions may include free or discounted delivery subject to the applicable offer conditions.

8. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact details.

Please ensure that the address includes sufficient information for the courier or delivery team to locate the property.

Incorrect Address:

Delays, additional delivery charges or failed delivery attempts may occur where an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address has been supplied by the customer.

9. Furniture Access Requirements

Before ordering large furniture, customers should ensure that the product can safely enter the property.

Customers should consider:

  • Entrance and doorway dimensions;
  • Passageways and corridors;
  • Staircases;
  • Lifts and elevators;
  • Gates and security access;
  • Parking and unloading space;
  • Building restrictions; and
  • Any other access limitations.

Where a product cannot reasonably be delivered because of access limitations that were not disclosed or considered before delivery, additional arrangements or costs may apply, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

10. Delivery Attempts

The delivery service may contact the customer before or during delivery.

Customers should remain available on the agreed delivery date or provide reasonable instructions for receiving the order.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address is inaccessible or other customer-related circumstances prevent delivery, a further delivery arrangement may be required.

11. Tracking & Delivery Updates

Where tracking information is available, STOREONE GROUP or the relevant delivery service may provide tracking or delivery information to the customer.

Tracking availability may differ depending on the product and transport method.

Large furniture and specialised deliveries may be coordinated directly rather than through standard parcel tracking.

12. Delays

STOREONE GROUP works to meet the estimated delivery periods stated in this policy.

However, delays may occur because of circumstances including:

  • Courier or transport delays;
  • Severe weather;
  • Road closures;
  • Traffic or transportation disruptions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Supplier or stock delays;
  • Unexpected demand;
  • Address or access problems;
  • Large-item transportation requirements; or
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Consumer Rights: Nothing in this section is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right that applies under South African law regarding delivery, cancellation, refunds or other remedies.

13. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If visible damage, missing components, an incorrect product or another problem is identified, please contact STOREONE GROUP promptly.

Where possible, customers should take photographs of the packaging, product and any visible damage to assist with the investigation.

Important:

Prompt reporting helps us resolve delivery problems efficiently. A short reporting period is not intended to remove any statutory consumer rights that apply under South African law.

14. Delivery of Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive an incorrect product or discover that an item or component is missing from your order, please contact STOREONE GROUP as soon as reasonably possible.

We will investigate the order and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with the circumstances, our policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

15. Products Ordered Together

If an order contains products with different delivery requirements, STOREONE GROUP may deliver the products separately.

For example, a small product may be delivered through a standard courier service while a large furniture item may require a separate furniture delivery vehicle.

Customers may therefore receive multiple deliveries for one order where operationally appropriate.

16. Remote & Difficult-to-Reach Areas

Delivery to remote, rural, restricted-access or difficult-to-reach locations may require additional time or specialised transport arrangements.

Where additional delivery arrangements are necessary, STOREONE GROUP may contact the customer before dispatch or delivery.

17. Delivery Acceptance

Where reasonable and practical, the customer or an authorised person should be available to receive the order.

By receiving the product, customers should check that the delivered items correspond reasonably with their order.

Acceptance of delivery does not remove any statutory consumer rights relating to defects, quality, conformity or other matters protected by applicable law.

18. Consumer Protection & Legal Compliance

STOREONE GROUP respects applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is intended to operate together with applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and other applicable legislation governing electronic transactions and consumer rights.

Where a mandatory legal requirement applies, that requirement will prevail over any inconsistent voluntary policy condition.

Nothing in this policy is intended to unlawfully exclude, restrict or waive a consumer’s statutory rights.
