Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Newspapers or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank (some processing times may apply)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at storeone.coza@gmail.com and send your item to our return address below.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
